Western Investigations is a San Diego based company. Our staff of professional investigators reside throughout San Diego County and our ability to provide investigative services in this geographical area is unsurpassed. The company was founded by Patrick R. Schneemann for the original purpose of providing self insured employers, 3rd party administrators and workers’ compensation insurance companies with investigative services relating to workers’ compensation fraud. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Schneemann spent several years working as an insurance fraud investigator throughout Southern California. Since founding the company, Mr. Schneemann has collaborated with former law enforcement officers from both federal and county agencies in order to provide our clients with investigative experience in a variety fields. Western Investigations is now a full service private investigative firm specializing in insurance defense, corporate intelligence, and domestic surveillance. Current company investigators go through an extensive training process and are familiar with all aspects of statement taking and insurance defense surveillance as it relates to disability claims, liability claims, and workers’ compensation claims. Investigators working for the company are professionals and they have experience testifying in court and are able to produce well written, articulate reports. All investigations are conducted with professionalism and complete confidentiality. Western has investigators throughout Southern and Northern California and in the state of Utah. Our clients include numerous insurance companies, law firms, corporations and private citizens with unique needs and circumstances.
