Western Investigations is committed to respecting your privacy.  We are bound by our own code of ethics as well as the State of California’s licensing guidelines to keep every case confidential.  We will not compromise on your privacy.  Evidence obtained during the course of our investigations is entered into our evidence log and stored under lock and key. (Refer to Photograph Below) Access to our evidence room is restricted to authorized staff members. 

The information you provide to our company is used during the course of our investigation or for billing purposes only.  We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted.  Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information.  Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle your requests.  We never sell or rent your personal information.
