• We work closely with our client in determining the surveillance schedule. We may be the expert when it comes to the investigation, but you (the client) are the expert when it comes to the person we will be following.
• Our Investigations Manager will then schedule the GPS install and the surveillance hours based on the scheduled we worked out with the client. Keep in mind that the surveillance schedule can always be adjusted. We are very flexible and things change over the course of an investigation.
• During the course of the investigation, our office and/or the investigations manager will keep the client updated regarding the results of the investigation. We can email or text photos from the field investigator and we provide our clients with information as it comes in.
• We stay extremely motivated to accomplish the objective of the case. We never forget that our success as private investigators in Beverly Hills is directly connected to the success of the investigation. We know that if we do a good job, our clients will come back to us again and again.
